The tool langdit is a Language Editor to simplify the creation of multi-language files.

Location

The tool is located in the [root]/Tools/ directory.

How to use the tool

1. Open a .xml file with multi-language usage.
2. Createor select items and give them an Identifer.
   1. The Content-Text on the top is the item text in English.
   2. Select a language from the dropdown menu and write the text for this language.

If you switch a different language or identifier, the text is internally saved.

How to save the file

The multi-language file will be saved if

1. You manually save a file with "Save" or "Save as...".
2. If the file has been saved, if you close the application.

How is the text used

The usage of the text depends on the application. It may support Parameters using the $(Name) scheme.
